MICRONOR 7 Doloy (Division of MICRONOR SA) Electronic Interconnection Components Manufacturer has designed a complete range of hermetic glass-metal  feed through ,standard custom design, high voltage and 50 ohms.

Material used is FE/NI-CO or Titane on special request for particular applications.

Diameter is 0,30mm to 11mm,  pin is 047mm to 1,30mm and ampacity from 1A to 15 A.

For the high voltage feed through the maximum voltage is 2,8Kv .

MICRONOR 7 Doloy  has designed a miniature feed through 9 pins with a central tubular crossing of 0,4 x 0,2mm diameter.External diameter of this connector is 5,5mm and 0,3mm for the pins.

For designing this feed through, we had to do researches on the glass to be used and how to seal it.We have also designed the tooling for the insulating glass production.The use of Titanium makes this feed through compatible with most of miniature pressure sensors ranges.

This material shows a better weight /resistance rate as well as a better mechanical / manufacturability quality.

We have also designed many other types of hermetic Glass to Titanium feed through for space and aeronautics applications.
