| Production The techniques that we use: • For small pieces: Classic galvanoplasty techniques, rack, bulk or barrel. • For fragile pieces: So-called vibration techniques (oscillating bowl). The treatments that we propose: • All types of coating, whether thin or thick, electrolytic or chemical. • Precious metals: pure gold, gold alloys, silver, rhodium, palladium, platinum, rhutenium. • Base metals: copper, chemical nickels, electrolytic sulphamate nickels, tin, lead tin (60/40-90/10), in sub-layers or in technical deposits. |

| Management Production is fully managed by the data processing system. MICRONOR is one of the first companies to use specific software for surface treatments. This software was created and developed in-house on AS400. It includes the different series of operations used in our shops. As soon as an order is received from one of our clients, the computer prepares and classes all of the work elements registered on the manufacturing sheet, in correlation with the exact client specifications. |
